Según Cointelegraph, la firma de seguridad blockchain Blockaid reveló el domingo que el emisor de stablecoins StablR enfrenta actualmente un ataque continuo, lo que resultó en una pérdida de aproximadamente 2.8 millones de dólares. Los atacantes comprometieron la clave privada de uno de los propietarios en la cuenta multifirma de acuñación, aprovechando el bajo umbral de seguridad que solo requiere 1/3 de las firmas para operar. Se añadieron a sí mismos como propietarios y reemplazaron a otros firmantes, acuñando posteriormente 8.35 millones de USDR y 4.5 millones de EURR. Debido a la insuficiente liquidez en la cadena, los atacantes intercambiaron tokens por un valor aproximado de 10.4 millones de dólares por alrededor de 1,115 ETH en un intercambio descentralizado, logrando retirar efectivamente alrededor de 2.8 millones de dólares.
