BlockBeats News, January 22nd, according to HyperInsight monitoring, in the past 1 hour, a whale address (0x007d...) added about 220 BTC to its short position, equivalent to about $19.74 million. Currently, the address holds a 40x leveraged BTC short position totaling 374 BTC, with a total position size of about $34 million, an unrealized loss of about $190,000, a liquidation price of about $110,000, and a take-profit order set in the $71,100 to $72,100 range.
Starting from the 20th, the address first deposited and sold about 171 BTC spot on Hyperliquid (equivalent to about $15.4 million), completing the liquidation. Early today, after the sale was completed, it initially established a short position at around $88,000 in BTC, with an initial scale reaching $13.8 million; this operation is a further addition to its existing short position.
