BlockBeats News, December 8th, according to HyperInsight monitoring, in the past two days, two addresses identified as Abraxas Capital (0x5b5, 0xb83) have been continuously closing ETH short positions worth about $10.26 million. The current position size is about $51.57 million, with an average price of $3522, a floating profit of $6.68 million (130%), and this short position has realized a profit of $13.61 million through funding rate settlements.

According to monitoring, Abraxas Capital's ETH short position has been continuously closing since early November, with the position size decreasing from $267 million to $51.57 million, accumulating $217 million in closures. Subsequently, part of the funds was used to increase the HYPE spot holdings, with the current HYPE spot position totaling about $53.84 million. In addition, the two addresses have mostly closed the 22 previous short positions and currently hold only 3 positions with over $200,000, namely ETH, HYPE, and FARTCOIN shorts. Previously, they were the largest short whale in Hyperliquid.
