The key focus is to enhance the selection mechanism for the “Headliner” hard fork feature. Additionally, Beiko suggests a “barbell” strategy to facilitate more robust community engagement and feedback. By formalizing working groups and meticulously documenting the governance process, the proposal seeks to bolster both transparency and the legitimacy of decision-making within the Ethereum network. This approach is critical in preserving Ethereum’s essence as a community-driven platform, ensuring that upgrades resonate well with its user base.
