David Bailey, CEO of BTC Inc. and a key crypto advisor to Donald Trump, is making waves in the digital asset industry with the launch of a new bitcoin investment company named Nakamoto. The venture, which has secured $300 million in funding, is set to go public and aims to become a major player in the bitcoin investment ecosystem. $300 Million Power Move into Bitcoin Bailey has raised $200 million in equity and an additional $100 million in convertible debt to fuel the creation of Nakamoto. The new firm is poised to merge with an existing Nasdaq-listed company, with the deal expected to be announced in the coming days. Nakamoto’s public debut is targeted for summer. Nakamoto is named after Satoshi Nakamoto, the mysterious creator of Bitcoin.
