(NASDAQ: KWM) hôm nay thông báo rằng họ đã đạt được thỏa thuận trái phiếu chuyển đổi với Anson Funds, theo đó Anson sẽ cung cấp hỗ trợ tài chính lên đến 500 triệu đô la và KWM cam kết sẽ sử dụng ít nhất 80% số tiền thu được để mua Bitcoin (BTC).
Khoản tài trợ đầu tiên sẽ được phát hành và bán cho Anson Investments Master Fund, LP và Anson East Master Fund LP thông qua thỏa thuận mua chứng khoán với tổng giá trị 15 triệu đô la dưới dạng trái phiếu chuyển đổi có bảo đảm cao cấp và chứng quyền.
