Số tiền bị đánh cắp từ KelpDAO đã bước vào giai đoạn rửa tiền, với một phần số tiền được chuyển chuỗi sang mạng Bitcoin thông qua THORChain, sử dụng hơn 400 địa chỉ
Theo nhà phân tích chuỗi khối Specter (@SpecterAnalyst), nhóm tin tặc Triều Tiên TraderTraitor đã bắt đầu rửa tiền bị đánh cắp từ KelpDAO vào sáng sớm nay theo giờ Bắc Kinh, chỉ ba giờ sau khi Hội đồng Arbitrum đóng băng 30,7 ETH (khoảng 71 triệu USD).
Những kẻ tấn công đã chia số tiền còn lại thành ba ví, mỗi ví chứa khoảng 25.000 ETH (khoảng 57,6 triệu USD), 25.700 ETH (khoảng 59,2 triệu USD) và 25.000 ETH (khoảng 57,9 triệu USD), trong đó ví thứ ba ngay lập tức bắt đầu quá trình rửa tiền, hiện đang nắm giữ khoảng 3.800 ETH (khoảng 8 triệu USD). Số tiền này chủ yếu được chuyển sang mạng Bitcoin thông qua THORChain, với khoảng 99% số tiền được chuyển qua giao thức này, khiến khối lượng giao dịch của THORChain tăng vọt lên 211 triệu USD trong ngày hôm đó, gấp hơn mười lần so với mức trung bình trong 30 ngày, đồng thời tạo ra khoảng 189.000 USD phí giao dịch.
Trong quá trình rửa tiền này, số tiền trên cũng đã được trộn lẫn với các khoản thu nhập bất hợp pháp từ các vụ tấn công mạng nhằm vào BTC Turk (2025) và Bybit (2025); hiện tại, tổng số tiền liên quan đang được theo dõi trên mạng Bitcoin ước tính khoảng 442 BTC (khoảng 33 triệu USD), và toàn bộ quá trình rửa tiền đã sử dụng hơn 400 địa chỉ.
