Công ty New Fire Technology mua lại đội ngũ giao dịch của Avenir Group và ra mắt dịch vụ quản lý tài sản Bitcoin.
Công ty New Fire Technology (1611.HK) thông báo sẽ mua lại đội ngũ đầu tư và hệ thống giao dịch của văn phòng gia đình Li Lin thuộc tập đoàn Avenir Group với giá 1,6 triệu đô la Mỹ.
Sau khi hoàn tất thương vụ mua lại, New Fire Technology dự định ra mắt dịch vụ quản lý tài sản bằng Bitcoin có tên Alpha BTC, với mục tiêu thu hút đầu tư hơn 10.000 Bitcoin trong vòng một năm, trị giá khoảng 760 triệu đô la. Chiến lược này sẽ tạo ra lợi nhuận thông qua giao dịch các công cụ phái sinh như quyền chọn, với Bitcoin hoặc IBIT ETF làm tài sản cơ sở, nhắm đến các khách hàng bao gồm các nhà đầu tư am hiểu về tiền điện tử và các doanh nghiệp địa phương tại Hồng Kông. Tính đến cuối năm 2025, Avenir Group nắm giữ 18,3 triệu cổ phiếu của BlackRock iShares Bitcoin Trust, trị giá 908 triệu đô la.
