Bộ Tài chính Hoa Kỳ chính thức hủy bỏ các quy tắc báo cáo của nhà môi giới tiền điện tử
Tin tức BlockBeats, ngày 10 tháng 7, theo Bloomberg, Bộ Tài chính Hoa Kỳ đã chính thức hủy bỏ các quy định báo cáo của nhà môi giới tiền điện tử.
Các quy định báo cáo của nhà môi giới tiền điện tử yêu cầu một số nhà môi giới DeFi phải báo cáo tổng doanh thu và cung cấp dữ liệu người dùng, bao gồm tên và địa chỉ. Quy định của Sở Thuế vụ (IRS) đã được hoàn thiện vào tháng 12 năm ngoái, yêu cầu các nhà môi giới DeFi phải nộp biểu mẫu 1099, tương tự như các nhà môi giới chứng khoán truyền thống. Những người chỉ trích cho rằng quy định này kìm hãm sự đổi mới, xâm phạm quyền riêng tư và làm phức tạp việc khai thuế do tính chất phi tập trung của ngành công nghiệp tiền điện tử. Các thượng nghị sĩ Hoa Kỳ trước đây đã đề xuất nghị quyết Đạo luật Rà soát Quốc hội để lật ngược quy định gây tranh cãi này của IRS, và đã được Tổng thống Trump ký thành luật vào tháng 4 năm nay.
