Stratiphy重启加密ETN无税通道
英国金融科技公司Stratiphy正通过其新产品，为投资者再次打开加密交易票据（ETN）的无税投资通道。此前，英国税局（HMRC）的ISA规则变更曾关闭了这一通道。新规明确表明，加密ETN购买不再符合一般股票和股份个人储蓄帐户（ISA）的资格，投资只能通过创新金融（IF）ISAs进行，这对想要进入加密市场的投资者形成了限制，而没有平台能够同时提供这两类账户，这使得投资者进退维谷。
Stratiphy此次推出的产品包括21Shares发行的三种ETN：比特币、以太坊和一种比特币-黄金混合产品。通过这些产品，投资者可以享有无税收益。这一举措重新点燃了投资者对加密市场的兴趣。
英国平台提供加密ETN
尽管如Interactive Investor、Freetrade和Revolut等平台提供加密ETN，但当前都不提供创新金融ISAs，且这些账户不在英国的金融服务补偿计划范围内。Trading 212，作为欧洲最大的在线投资平台之一，也曾被发现未获得必要的监管许可便让英国零售客户进行加密ETN交易，随后在监管机构的接洽下寻求了恰当的授权。
据IG Group 2025年10月的研究报告显示，英国加密市场可能在加密ETN重新上线后扩展20%。约有30%的英国成年人表示愿通过ETN投资加密货币，主要因为这类产品所具备的安全性和监管监督。
