Protocolo USPD bajo ataque: hacker emite 98 millones de tokens y roba 232 stETH

BlockBeats News, 5 de diciembre, el protocolo de stablecoin descentralizado USPD anunció que ha encontrado una grave vulnerabilidad de seguridad. El atacante explotó la técnica "CPIMP (Contract Proxy Inherit Proxy) Attack" para tomar preventivamente los derechos de administrador del contrato proxy durante la fase de implementación. El atacante se disfrazó de versión auditada y acechó durante meses antes de iniciar el ataque, emitiendo alrededor de 98 millones de tokens USPD y robando cerca de 232 tokens stETH.
El equipo de USPD declaró que este incidente no se debió a una falla en la lógica del smart contract. Han reportado las direcciones relevantes a las principales exchange de criptomonedas centralizadas para congelar los fondos. También mencionaron que si el atacante devuelve el 90% de los activos robados, puede quedarse con el 10% como recompensa por encontrar el error.
