Las principales actualizaciones son las siguientes: lógica de Mempool mejorada, lo que permite a los nodos evaluar con mayor precisión el valor general de un conjunto de transacciones relacionadas para decidir si retenerlas, reenviarlas o empaquetarlas; los usuarios de transferencias ordinarias se ven mínimamente afectados, pero los usuarios que utilizan RBF, CPFP, la Red Lightning, carteras complejas o carteras del lado del servidor pueden experimentar cambios en el comportamiento de aceptación/rechazo de transacciones; características mejoradas de difusión de privacidad, que admiten la difusión de sendrawtransaction a través de Tor/I2P, donde el destinatario no puede conocer la dirección IP y la ubicación geográfica del iniciador de la transacción.
