BNB Treasury Empresa BNB Plus reveló que recibió un aviso del Nasdaq, indicando que en long no cumple con los estándares de listado continuos debido a que su precio de las stock está por debajo del requisito mínimo de $1, y debido a que implementó una división inversa de stock el año pasado, no es elegible para el periodo de cumplimiento regular. La Empresa declaró que solicitó una audiencia y que sus stock continuarán trade en el Nasdaq hasta que se determine el resultado.
Además, BNB Plus anunció que la junta directiva aprobó el inicio de una evaluación de alternativas estratégicas para maximizar valor accionarial, con opciones potenciales que incluyen fusiones, fusiones inversas, venta de activos, empresas conjuntas, financiamiento y otras transacciones. Hasta el momento, el valor de sus activos cripto del Tesoro es aproximadamente $12.2 millones.
