Según The bloque, Thom Tillis, un negociador clave de la Asignado Senatorial de Banca y un senador republicano de Carolina del Norte, afirmaron que es poco probable que el asignado programe una audiencia para revisar y votar sobre el proyecto de ley de estructura del mercado criptomonedas en APR.
El principal desacuerdo en la legislación actual se centra en cómo manejar las recompensas por stablecoin. El borrador existente propone prohibir las recompensas por cuenta de stablecoin ociosas, pero permite las Ganar de las actividades de tradear; a los representantes bancarios les preocupa que dichas Ganar atraigan depósito lejos de los bancos tradicionales, mientras que las empresas de criptomoneda argumentan que limitar las recompensas obstaculizará la innovación.
