Este mercado se creó en torno al incidente del 19 de abril, cuando fue atacado el puente Kelp DAO. El atacante explotó una vulnerabilidad de mensajería entre cadenas de LayerZero, retirando aproximadamente 292 millones de dólares en rsETH del puente, lo que causó daños a la garantía de los poseedores de rsETH en la red L2.
Según las reglas del mercado de Polymarket, si Kelp DAO anuncia o implementa un mecanismo antes del 30 de abril para compartir parte o la totalidad de las pérdidas con los poseedores de rsETH de la red principal (en lugar de que todas las pérdidas sean asumidas por los poseedores de L2), el mercado se determinará como "Sí"; de lo contrario, será "No".
